I didn't make it to church today.&nbap;I can only sit up for about ten consecutive minutes before having to lie back down. It's better than Thursday whehn five minutes would do me in. Interestingly the couoch I was gifted from Cecile and Ronnie provides better support and hours of rest than the $2000 mattress and box spring in the bedroom.
