For those so inclined, The Daily Office Morning Prayer Friday after the Seventh Sunday after the Epiphany

I woke after six hours of sound sleep.
The physical therapist is scheduled to be here at 1030hrs. From the looks of the forecast, I don't think we'll be walking to the cluster box today.
This number coming back down.It should be back in range by tomorrow.
