For thos so inclined, The Daily Office Morning Prayer Friday after the First Sunday in Lent Ember Day
I woke after seven hours of sound sleep.
It looks like March is about to go out like a lamb.
This number makes me happy.
The visit with Lisa, the nurse from Home Nurse went well yesterday. She said she's going to recommend sixty more days of physical therapy. This is good because in addition to enjoying conversations with Dr. Ricky I think my left side strength is getting better.

I've an appointment scheduled at the VAMC in Houston for 0800hrs in Houston. I have to get the details and ask Eloy if he's free on Monday to take me to Houston. 
I finaly got through to a human at the VAMC. As it turns out I'm scheduled for a home nurse visit (Sonya White) at 0800hrs, Monday, March 17.
