I woke after seven and a half hours of sound sleep.
Dr. Rickey is coming for another therapy session today. It will definetly not involve walking to the cluster box in the rain.
I expected a high number his morning.
Because I finishred off the box of Special K (two servings) before going to bed.
At least it wasn't ice cream.
