I woke after seven hours of restful sleep

OOPs! Maybe it's time to cut back on the cereal before bedtime.

No Geezer Breakfast today. Dr. Ricky's schedule change means he'll be here this morning. I missed Scrabble yesterday. I showered and shaved, then fell asleep on the couch watching the late night talk show monologues on YouTube.
Dr. Ricky rescheduled again. He'll be here tomorrow at 1030hrs.
