The vet's meeting went well last night with five in attendance. I shared this video From the YouTube Channel, "Breaking in tthe Habit", hosted by fr. Casey Cole, a Franciscan Friar and Roman Catholic priest. In the video he explains the history of the term "Woke", and how he believes that the far right has weaponized the term as a perjorative, sarcastic, sneering term.
There's been no acknowledgement from eith of the clergy concerning the link I forwarded to them this morning. Fr. Travis hadn't seen it yet when I talked with him during the Scrabble game at Java Jive.
I stopped at Walmart on the way home and spet $99.11. I was also stopped on the way home by a traffic officer who pulled me over for doing 50 in a 45 MPH zone (The bridge over the train tracks on the 247 Loop. He let me off with a warning.
