I woke after nine hours of sound sleep. Mr. Mistofellees woke me at 0200hrs, but I managed anothe thirty minutes of rest, not sleep, before getting out of bed.
It's my turn to be Vestry person of the day today. It's definetly a task I do not look forward to performing.
As it turned out Tom Long (the bursar today) was helpful making the morning much more pleasant than anticipated.

Long day means an early bedtime. Good night at 1800hrs.
