For those so inclined, The Daily Office, Morning Prayer Thursday after the Third Sunday after Pentecost
I woke after eight hours of sound sleep.
The weather forecast.
A bowl, or two, of Wheaties before bed will do this to one's blood sugar in the morning.🙎‍♂️😞

My brother and I agreed to a trip to Great Clips this morning at 0900hrs. We'll see how thast turns out. We were supposed to go after Scrabble yesterday, but, well, and so it goes.For those nclined, The Daily Office Evening Prayer Thursday after the Third Sunday after Pentecost

    As it turned out, I received a call from my niece Sidney when I was getting out of the shower. There was no trip to Great Clips today. My brother slipped and fell in the tub/shower, and they had to call 911 for a lift assist to get him out of the tub and back to bed (he refused a trip to the hospital) and they had to call the fire department for reinforcements. He weighs more than 300 pounds.
