For those so inclined, The Daily Office Morning Prayer Tuesday after the Third Sunday after Pentecost
I woke after nine hours of sound sleep.
The weather forecast.
Starting the month of my seventy seventh year with a good number!😊👍

It's meeting day for the veterans in the PTSD group. A new member joined last week. I hope he shows up again this weeek. Attendance is voluntary for most in the group. I believe only one is currently required by the court to attend.
As mentioned this is the start of the month marking the passing of yet another year of life.
