I woke after seven hours of sound sleep.

Whatt a whooper with cheese, all the way, and a large order of fries before bed will do to one's blood glucose.🙎‍♂️😞

It's Scrabble day at church and my brother wants me to take him for a hair cut afterwards. His asssisted living woman will be visiting today, and the temperature will be over 90° f by then so I don't know how that will work out.
