For those inclined, The Daily Office, Morning Prayer
I woke after twelve hours of sound sleep.๐ด๐✔️ The weather forecast.☔☁️๐ Starting the month on a really good number.๐ฉบ❤️✔️
And once again, I forgot that in a right to work state the labor hired by private refuse collectors do not get Labor Day off. Oh, was I being sartcastic?
Yesterday was a good day in church. It didn't rain as predicted, and William was in a good mood. Lori was the VPOD And I the boursor. It only took us three recounts of the cash to get it right. IMHO some of these parishioners who drive Teslas or other high end vehicles could possibly let loose with a bit more in their tithes and or cash offerings.
Gosh, I hope that comment doesn't shave a year off my tenure on the vestry. Was I being sarcastic, yet again?
Thunderstorms moved through the area around 1300hrs, so I'm glad I ordered from Walmart delivered rather than going shopping n person. The Powerball drawing is tonight and the jackpot is over a billion dollars. I have a scratch off ticket worth fifty dollars that I was going to cash today and reinvest in more tickets, all the draw games and a few scratch offs, But I though I'd let the Powerball get to the point where my tax liability will still leave a billion for me. Then I'll move to a more temperate climate and buy a really nice triple wide.๐คฃ
