I woke after seven, maybe, eight hours of restful sleep after a hypoglycemic event shortly after going to bed at 1930hrs that sent my blood glucose down to 64. I stopped shaking and my pulse slowed back to normal after two teaspoons of peanut butter (2grams sugar each) and two protien nutrition shakes (22 grams sugar each).😴😊
The weather forecast.☁️🙎♂️Anumber expected after that dose of sugar at bedtime.😒🩺❤️William sent a text yesterday begging off church this morning. I think I'm going to follow his lead and also stay home. I promised to bring him to the 0830hrs Mass next Sunday.
The truth be known, what I wrote in yesterday's entry has a lot to do with my decision.
