I woke after ten hours of sound sleep.😴😺

I know it doesn't sound like a lot, but I put the trash bin to the curb, set the i-pad pro to automaticall sign in to instagram. and washed dishes this morning. It's especially difficult for me to go from on task to another or to change tasks "midstream" today.
