I woke after six hours of sound sleep.😴😺👍
I placed an order for $153 from Walmart, charged to the Delta card. Most of what I ordered is highly processed and frozen. I used to cook from scatch a lot more than I do now, but it's getting more difficult to do and/or I'm just getting too lazy as I continue on in years.
I took an hour and half nap after breakfast (Jimmy Dean sausage and biscut breakfast bowl). It was nice. I turned on Pandora Radio on the set in the bedroom and selected the Christmas radio station. The screen in my head showed slow motion memories of Christmas past, mostly in King Court and Central Ave in East Hartford. It was comfy and nice. I was thinking that's the way I want to "pass," during a nap filled with comfy dreams, not for a few years, you understand, but when the ineventable happens that would be the ideal way to call it a life.
I'm finding it more difficult to watch the later seasons of MASH. I found the early season one episodes focused more on comical situations. The further on the seasons went the more they seem to focus on the harm and pain of war. Tonight's episode has a scene with Fr. Mulcahey performs a field expediant trachesotomy. As a reciprient of the same procedure in 1969 Even after all these years it hits home. Sleep may not come easy tonight.
