I was not expecting such a good glucose number this morning as I had a philly steak and cheese sandwich from Dominos. The bread in a Dominos sanwich has a lot of sugar and in addition to the added sugar, then there's the carbs.
The weather is going to be unpleasant today. The rain is supposed to ending soon, but the wind gust will make outdoor chores truly miserable.
