I woke after twelve hours of sound sleep.😺😴😺
Today is the first day of the new year that I'll miss going to church. My right side is slowly healing from the fall I had on Tuesday. Not only did the fall injure my right side, it injured my confidence. I'm determined that I won't become house bound, or chair bound, and falls like this chip away at my confidence. It's a bit scary. When I see the decline in my brother Don I become even more dtermined to staty active.
