I'll go to Bucee's and the TDECU ATM this morning for another $300 withdrawel, then go to Texas Gulf Bank for a cashiers check to send to Mr. Cooper tomorrow. I'll send it FEDEX overnight and require that the item receipt be signed. I will be so relieved when the mortgage is paid off. Clearing up the BOA card, and restricting use of the AMEX cards should mean that I'll be debt free by the end of this year. I'll then be able to rewrite my will to a simple instruction of the disposal of the contents of the home and sale of the land and structure. The plan is to have 20% of the sale divided equally between my brothers Bill and Don and his grandchildren. The remainder will go to Holy Comforter HCEC in Angleton. That should be a hefty $5.00.🤣

The veterans meet at the church tonight. I hope Jon-Paul shows up.He's been through a hard patch and coming back to the meetings may mean he's ready to move on.
