I slept all day after leaving church before Mass. And still, I slept until 0715hrs this morning.😴🤷♂️😴
We're in for another hot and humid day.🌡️☀️🙎♂️🤷♂️
Yes, I got mugged, by my own fault, by a pint of Haagen Daz white chocolate rasberry ice cream.
My back, leg, and ankle are not getting better. The only relief is lying flat on my back. I have a diabetic eye exam scheduled at the clinic in Lake Jackson at 1530hrs. I'll arrive around 1300hrs to see if I can get someone to check it out or give me a refferal to the hospital in Houston. I get temperary relief by lying down but it doesn't last for long. Once I get up and start moving around or sitting up in a low chair (average height for most) the pain starts shooting done my leg to the top of my foot,one of these; Tibialis anterior. Extensor digitorum longus. Extensor hallucis longus. Peroneus tertius.
