I'm still not able to stand or sit without pain rating 9-11 on a scale of 10, which means another day of lying on tyhhe couch. I'm going to finally give in and go to sick call at the clinic tomorrow, but church is out of the question today.
I accomplished washing the dishes from lunch and breakfast. Once finished, I had to lay back down so the throbbing in my leg and ankle would stop. Getting rest tonight will be "iffy" as we are under another wind advisory.
