I was just too distracted to start today's entry when i got up this morning.
I'm waiting on a return call from the Allstate agent in Pearland. I specifically noted in the Email inquiry that I sent that I prefer to communicate via Email or USPS snail mail but that answer calls between one and three PM. Britany at Allstate Insurance called at 1312 hours and we exchangwed infor for five minutes and she said that she needed to work up a different quote to bundle my auto insurance with a homeowner's policy. It's going on 1530hrs ad I've not heard back. I hate this shit (waiting on a call-back) whuich is why I prefer Email communication when conducting business. In addition to keeping the phone connection free for other incoming and outgoing calls, Email communication provides a written record of terms ad conditions of transactions.
