After a "rocky start" I had at least twelve hours of restful sleep. I woke to a chilly morning.
The deep freeze is on the horizon.
ere's a number in which I can rerjoice.
This is the second day in a row the glucose reading is below 100, something that I couldn't acheive even with a carb control diet in the hospital. It must be the absence of Haggan-Daz!
