For those inclined, The Daily Office Morning Prayer
i woke after a solid six hours of sleep.
It's a nippy start to a day with a warm up forecast.
Oh Happy Day!

Dr. Rickey, the physical therapist will be here about 1300hrs for the first of the scheduled ten week, two visit, sessions.

I completed the spreadsheet for February yesterday. It's looking "decent with the end of month balance above my self imposed set minimum. I'll feel better once nce the mortgage transfer from Wells Fargo to Mr. Cooper mortgage is complete. I want to return to my plan of an early pay off before I reach age sevebnty eight(assuming I'll live that long).

I have every intention of returning to church tomorrow, even though I no longer feel comfort and safety around the significant number of those who voted for Donald Trump. I'm not being hyperbolic when I say that. A sizeable number of parishioners and the rector are "conservative" Republicans. When working at the vote center during primaries only one person from church that I checked in voted in the Democratic primary. He passed away in 2016.
I am known in the parish as being a self identifying Democrat. During the recent election campaigns Trump's campaign speeches where peppered to references of Democrats as the source of all ills in the United States. In rhetoric reminisent of hitler speeches he called Democrats vermin that are destroying the country by allowing DEI (Diversity Equity Inclusion) to posioning the blood of real americans and the nation. Those who voted for him may not think of me as assisting vermin in despoiling the nation, but their vote gave power to one who does. That makes me hesitant to sit among them.
For those so inclined,
