I woke after eight hours of sound sleep.
At 0442hours I am shaved, showered, dressed,, and ready to head out for church. I havejn't been since the last Sunday in Advent.&I'm looking forward to getting back in the routine.

I woke after eight hours of sound sleep.
Another nippy start of the day.
Somewhat disappointing, but I did treat myself to a bowl of Wheaties with Strawberry whole milk before going to bed.
