I woke after ten hours of sound sleep. In anticipation of a long day I went to bed at 1600hrs yesterday.
Dr. Rickey will be here at 1000hrs for physcal therapy so no Scrabble this week either. I have an appointment with Dr Obi at the Lake Jackson clinic this afternoon. I'm looking forward to showing him the progress I've been making controlling my blood sugar levels this year. I'm going to stop at Walmart on the way home to cash winning lottery tickets, exchange boxer briefs (wrong size) and buy another urinal, groceries, and herbal spplements.
