I am approaching Monday morning with trepidation. Having an assisted living nurse arrive at 0800hrs is not my idea of a good way to start the day.

I woke after seven hours of "fitfull" sleep.
I won't be driving anywhere today.
To be expected.
When you have a bowl of Speecial K with red berries before bed.
