I woke after eight hours of sound sleep.
A "NIPPY" start to the week.
A good start to the week, blood glucose-wise.
I attended the 0830hrs Mass this morning.
Afterward I partook of some of the forbidden sweets I bought at Kroger for the coffee hour.
