For those so inclined, The Daily Office Monday after the First Sunday in Lent

I woke after ten hours of sound sleep. (For the record "sound sleep" means I didn't need to go to the bathroom during the night.)

The morning temperatures are still laying havoc with the erlectricity bill.

Although I'm pleased with this number, my twenty day average is still too high.

I could almost retreive a message from voice mail this morning. What I heard was, " this is mumble, mumble, at the, another mumble." Fortunately the mumbler spoke slowly and clearly when leaving the numberI'm supposed to call to make an appointment to keep recieving physical therapy. That should be an interesting conversation.
