I woke after seven hours of sound sleep.

The indoor thermostat is set at 64°, so it was a bit nippy in here this morning.

'Tis my fault, my most grevious fault. (ice cream before bed)

I didn't have to call and schedule a visit from the home care nurse yesterday. They called me. The appointment is scheduled for Thursday at 1630hrs. The nurse will determine if I qualify for another sixty days of at home physical therapy.

The veteran's meeting was well attended tonight. We welcomed a new mentor, Larry or Terry, I forget already.
