OK,m I admit it. I was a bad diet boy yesterday.

I've not received a text from Dr. Ricky about a 1030hrs therapy session. I do have a 1400hrs appointment with a nurse from the company that is contracted with the VA to provide his care. It's an exit interview, so he could very well not be coming this morning. 😞I was wanting to brag on the progress I believe I've made. The nurse from My Nurse stopped by at 1400hrs this afternoon to discharge me from the program.
