I woke after eight hours of sound sleep.

The weather forecast.

I knew this number was going to be high becvause I had a bowl of Cheerios before bed last night. The Cheerios didn't bump the number up, that was the milk.

I haven't heard from Dr. Ricky about a therapy session today, so I'll just asssume he'll be here sometime around 1030hrs.
At 1141hrs. Dr. Ricky sent a text at 0800hrs and arrived Round100hrs. It was a good session. He's a good motivator, which makes me want to please him with my progress.
