Wow I woke after thirteen hours of nearly sound sleeo.😺😴😺

The current weather conditions and forecasst for today.☁️☔😾

This number is out of whack because I ate ice cream for dinner last night.🙎‍♂️🙎‍♂️🙎‍♂️❤️🩺🩺

I did get some good news at the clinic yesterday.😺

My A1C has gone down a point. Which, unfrtunately, I used as an excuse for an ice cream binge.😠😠🙎‍♂️!

At 1741 hrs- I crashed for a two hour nap this afternoon, waking to news of a tornado watch. John-Paul called to ask about my safety, and did I think of going to a more secure building. I told him that I evacuated everytime there was a severe weather warning I'd be living in another state. The watch is sechuled to be lifted at 2100hrs. I hope I'll be able to go to bed and asleep then, because I've already committed to bringing William to the 1030hrs Mass tomorroow.
The flu shot and pneumonia shot I got yesterday are giving me a nontypical reaction. I don't normally havwe reactions to vaccines, but I've been dragging ass and feeling weaker than usual all day today. Except for washing dishes I haven't completed any planned tasks today.
