I woke after seven and one half hours of sound sleep.😴😺

The numbers before (lower) and after bedtime.Since I normally wake with a hyperglycemic episode when the number is under 100 before bed, I had two yogurt cups before bed.🙎♂️❤️🩺
At 1804 hours- At the parish hall for the monthly vestry meeting
I'm super upset because when I was leaving the house Mr. M started to go outside for the first time in his life. He's never interacted with other cats and has no idea how ti protect himself from traffic.
