For those so inclinedThe Daily Office Morning Prayer

I woke at 0630hrs . The outdoor temperature was 59°f. I went to bed at 1700hrs yesterday which means I slept for thirteen hours which is very unusual. I must admit I was exhausted and stressed over the stomach virus or whatever that gave me gastrointestinal issues.

Mr. Mistoffelees is having issues with his litter box. He absolutely refuses to any "go"  in scented litter. The local Walmart and Kroger both stock scented litter products out the whazoo, only occcasionally is there unscented light weight litter on the shelf at both stores. In desperation I purchased two eight pound containers of light weight litter because his box was getting so nasty he started pooping in my shower. I had to dump a full two pound box of baking soda in with the litter to absord the scent before he'd use it to relieve his bladder, and he still ended up pooping in inconvenient locations. I signed on to Chewy yesterday and ordered their two pack of unscented light weight litter. It's scheduled for delivery between today and Wednesday. I truly hope it's today. With delivery charges and taxes it ends up costing more than buying local, but all things considered it's one of those "must do what one must do" situations. Good news is in the Email inbox.

>P>Elsewhere in the inbox were election related "breaking news alerts!" Today I have two avenues into the world of power and politics. I can choose to chase down the current state of the world via the Internet or I can escape into the world of power politics in the bronze age middle eastern coverage provided in the Bible. Or, I could wait on delivery of kitty litter and watch "old timey" cartoons on ME-Toons, channel 2.4 OTA from Houston.

I just got off the phone with my younger brother. Today is his Seventy-second birthday.  I thought his birthday was the twenty-fifth. It's today.

This is so cool! I signed up for mail preview at usps.com and now I get a scanned notification of what mail is going to be delivered today. I responded to the Email and found out the two pieces of mail that will be put in the cluster box are both junk mail. This saves me the tortorous trip to the cluster box. I'm so happy I could wet myself

This is a picture of the cluster box where my mail is delivered. Looks easy enough you say? Try being a seventy-six years old diagnosed with dense left sided hemiplegia
